BASS, MID and TREBLE, each an instant but never clicky cut. HARD is a 24 dB/oct kill, SOFT a gentle thin. Play them like switches.

Capture the mid into the delay and drop it from the mix. SPEED bends the repeats, FEEDBACK holds the wash, HOLD keeps it level - and the sirens send in too.
